About the Journey
What exactly is shadow work and why should I do it?
We meet for 2 hours each week for 7 weeks. Personal reflection and self-contemplation between sessions is up to you. The program is designed to fit into a busy life while still providing meaningful transformation.
I'm new to the Gene Keys. Will I be able to follow along?
•Guided exploration of how to begin relating to our shadows and opening to their corresponding gifts
•Practical tools and techniques for integration

What makes this program different from other personal development work?
To ensure personal attention and create a safe container for deep work, I keep groups intentionally small and there are just 15 spots for this coaching journey.

Is this work heavy or difficult?
While shadow work does involve looking at challenging parts of ourselves, this program is designed to be gentle and supportive. We move at a pace that feels safe for each participant, and every session includes grounding practices. Remember – we're not just looking at shadows, we're uncovering treasures.
What kind of support is available during the program?
Inside our group sessions, you'll have direct access to private coaching with Donna. As part of our community forum, women often work together to support one another in between sessions. It's also possible to engage with Donna in private sessions, separately from the group experience.
Do I have to share personal things with the group?
Sharing is always invited but never required. You can participate and gain tremendous value from the program while maintaining whatever level of privacy feels right for you.
